ICE-NET d.o.o. - Misija (hereinafter “Misija”) has started a project to implement and certify two internationally recognized management system standards: ISO 27001:2022 for information security and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. The project is aimed at strengthening our services for clients in the EU fintech and insurance markets, where trust, data protection and consistent quality are essential.
Over the coming months, our team will review and strengthen internal policies, risk management, data protection (including GDPR compliance), business continuity planning and quality assurance across our core processes. The goal is not only to pass an audit, but to build working practices that improve how we operate and support our growth in international markets.
“For our current and future clients, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification means independent proof that their data is protected and that our services are delivered with consistent, measurable quality. In fintech and insurance, trust is the foundation of every partnership, and this project helps us earn it every day,”
The project “Sigurnost, kvalitet, konkurentnost: Integrisana ISO 27001 i ISO 9001 transformacija za izvoz ICE-NET-a u EU fintech i insurance tržišta” (Security, Quality, Competitiveness: Integrated ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Transformation for ICE-NET’s Export to EU Fintech and Insurance Markets) is supported under the Challenge2Collaborate (C2CoLab) fund of the SPRING program, which is financed by Sweden, confirming its continued support for enterprise development, innovation and a more competitive economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The SPRING program is jointly implemented by Eda – Enterprise Development Agency, Mozaik Foundation and the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA.
